1. Pretrial Monitor & Driving With License Suspended Coordinator (Middlebury, VT)
Addison County Court Diversion & Community Justice Projects is seeking a Pretrial Monitor coordinate pretrial services program in Addison County. The new program, outlined in Vermont Act 195 and S171, includes performing impartial risk assessments and needs screening to eligible defendants arrested or cited into court. The position will work closely with the State’s Attorney Office, Criminal Court, Addison County Restorative Justice Services, law enforcement, and other community stakeholders. In addition to conducting risk assessments, the Pretrial Monitor will provide compliance monitoring, conduct data collection and inform process and outcome evaluation. Position also includes coordinating the Driving With License Suspended Program helping people regain their drivers license while they pay off their fines and fees, will work closely with the Vermont Judicial Bureau and the Vermont Department of Motor Vehicles.
Minimal qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, three (3) years relevant work experience, skills in the use of standard software applications, ability to communicate effectively- both verbally and in writing, knowledge of the criminal court system, substance abuse or related community resources and ability to work independently. Position may be required to work some evenings and weekends.

2. Case Manager (Bennington, VT)
Full-time Case Manager to work with youth in a variety of restorative justice programs. Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years’ case management experience with at-risk youth. Must possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology or related field.
Required skills include excellent written and oral communication, case management, facilitating groups, and experience collaborating with community agencies. Restorative Justice knowledge and experience highly desirable. Candidates will be required to complete a writing sample at time of interview. 3. Offender Reentry Coordinator and /or Community Development Coordinator (St. Johnsbury, VT)
The Community Restorative Justice Center in St. Johnsbury is hiring a part time position of 20 hours for Offender Reentry Coordinator and 10 hours for Community Development Coordinator. These positions could be combined into one position or applied as separate positions.
